In RPM, you ride to the beat of the music and can burn up to a total of 850 calories during this 50-minute class! Because of the intensity and the interval training, the harder you work in the class, the more calories your body will burn the rest of the day.
The format of the class is designed with 8 total tracks: warm-up, pace track, hills, mixed terrain, intervals, speed work, mountains, cool down and stretching.
The awesome thing about RPM is that it is literally for everyone! You don’t have to be fit to start. First timers and elite cyclists all enjoy this class, so give it a try!
